The website Yshoot.com is the exclusive property of YSHOOT, including all associated rights.
Any full or partial reproduction is subject to prior authorization by the owner.
However, hyperlinks to the site are permitted without specific requests.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted, without reservation, these terms and conditions.

These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between YSHOOT and the customer. Both parties accept them without reservation.
These terms prevail over any other conditions contained in other documents, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Products

Product photographs are illustrative only and not contractual.
If errors occur, YSHOOT cannot be held liable.

Most of the products offered on Yshoot.com are available in our warehouse.

Please note that YSHOOT slingshots are powerful tools, sometimes used for hunting by survival enthusiasts in countries where hunting is legal.
These items are not toys and can be dangerous if misused. Buyers must be aware of this.

4. Orders

Automatic order registration systems serve as valid proof of the nature, content, and date of the order.

YSHOOT confirms order acceptance to the customer by email.
The sale becomes final only upon confirmation of the order.

YSHOOT reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer involved in a payment dispute for a previous order.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
In the event of an address error, the seller cannot be held responsible for delivery failure.

5. Delivery and Lead Times

Once the order is confirmed, YSHOOT will dispatch all ordered products to its carrier within 3 to 5 working days.
Deliveries are handled by La Poste (tracked delivery with signature) up to 30 kg.
Orders above 30 kg will be shipped via a transport company.

The customer may also choose to collect the goods directly from our warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.

For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer must pay all import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or any other applicable taxes in the country of delivery.

YSHOOT cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, parcel loss, or damage caused during transport.

Always check your parcel upon arrival.
You have 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier for any missing or damaged items.

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple deliveries. Only one shipping charge applies.
If you require delivery to two addresses, please place two separate orders.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have 7 days from receipt of the goods to change your mind.

In case of exchange or refund, please return the item(s) unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, and documentation to:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, YSHOOT will refund all amounts paid (excluding return shipping costs) within 15 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please use the withdrawal form provided for this purpose.

7. Prices

All prices are in euros (€).
Product prices displayed do not include shipping costs.

The final price confirmed in the order summary includes:

• all applicable taxes (including VAT for France and EU countries),

• product cost,

• handling, packaging, and storage fees,

• and shipping costs.

8. Payment

The total price due is that shown on the order confirmation sent by YSHOOT.

Payment is required in full at the time of order.

Accepted payment methods:

• Check (order validated upon clearance),

• PayPal,

• Credit or debit card (bearing the CB logo).

Orders become effective only after approval by the banking or payment service providers.
If payment is declined, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer notified by email.

YSHOOT reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer involved in an ongoing dispute.

9. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly indicated in the order confirmation and included in the total amount due.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on:

• the weight of the items, and

• the destination country (France, Corsica, EU states, or worldwide).

The final amount is displayed once the destination country has been selected.

10. Disputes

This contract is governed by French law.

YSHOOT cannot be held liable for material, immaterial, or bodily damages resulting from improper use or malfunction of the products sold.
The same applies to modifications made by the manufacturers.

In any case, YSHOOT’s liability is limited to the value of the order and cannot be invoked for minor errors or omissions in product descriptions.

In case of dispute, the customer should first contact YSHOOT to seek an amicable solution.
Good faith is always presumed for any customer who explains their situation.

If no agreement is reached, the Commercial Court of La Rochelle (France) has exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the delivery location or payment method.

11. Warranty

YSHOOT guarantees that all products offered are manufactured or produced in France.

YSHOOT cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with local regulations in the country of receipt.
Liability is limited to the value of the product at the time of sale, without recourse against the brand or manufacturer.

The customer benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1625 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

If the buyer proves the existence of a hidden defect, the seller must repair or replace the item, as per Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
Legal action must be taken within a “short period” after discovery of the defect (Article 1648).

12. Data Protection and Privacy

The collection of personal data for online sales is mandatory for order processing, shipping, invoicing, and warranty management.
Failure to provide this information will prevent the order from being validated.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Law (“Informatique et Libertés”), customer data processing has been declared to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).

Customers have the right to access, modify, correct, or delete their personal information (Article 34 of the Law of January 6, 1978) by contacting YSHOOT.

YSHOOT commits not to share or sell customer data to third parties, whether free of charge or for payment.
